Additionally, the status of the guide must be "DELIVERED" for the warranty process to proceed.Warranty ConditionsIt is important to note that the warranty does not apply to Color or Model as it is shipped according to availability and this product does not have variations. The warranty does not apply to the model or color of products that do not have variations; they are shipped according to availability. Similarly, the warranty does not apply to the intensity of colors shown in the image. The warranty does not apply over an existing warranty.* IMPORTANT: If a warranty is approved, the replacement will not be sent until the product for which the warranty is approved is received. Once received, the replacement will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.Conditions for mounting the same process.Warranty for Missing Parts* Missing parts or broken, damaged, and dented products: To initiate a warranty process, you have a maximum of 2 days to report it from the receipt of the product, through the platform, where the issue must be specified and argued with evidence (photos and videos of the received product's condition with its packaging and a photo or video of the received guide).Right of Withdrawal* Law 1480 of 2011/ To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must return the product to the provider in the same conditions in which it was received. Transport costs and other expenses incurred in the return are borne by the consumer. The maximum period to exercise the right of withdrawal will be five (5) working days, counted from the delivery of the product. The right of withdrawal will be automatically voided if the product was used or is not in the same conditions of delivery, with its accessories, security seals, manuals, and whatever came with it. The condition of the external packaging.2. The process of opening the package.3. The condition of the product when it is taken out.4. The process of using the product, showing how it turns on or functions, according to its specifications.*This procedure is necessary to verify if the product arrived defective due to transport or warehouse issues, and not due to improper use by the customer.If this video is not provided, it will not be possible to properly validate the warranty.*
